The total construction scale of the project is an annual output of 100000 tons of HDI, 100000 tons of HDI trimer, 180000 tons of phosgene, and a by-product of 290000 tons/year of 30% hydrochloric acid. The project will be constructed in three phases. This project is the first phase, which will expand the annual production of 30000 tons of phosgene to 50000 tons.
