1. Recently, the Mexican Ministry of Economy announced a preliminary positive anti-dumping ruling on ammonium sulfate originating in China, imposing a temporary anti-dumping duty of 0.1807 US dollars per kilogram on the product in question.


2. Recently, the annual production of 180000 tons of green methanol project was signed in Ganyu District, Lianyungang City. The project is jointly invested and constructed by Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongsheng Technology (Jiangsu) Group Co., Ltd., and Lianyungang Port Group Co., Ltd., with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan. It is a raw material processing and power integration project with methanol production as the core, and also the first gasification method green methanol project in Jiangsu.


3. In the first quarter of 2026, Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua New Material Technology Co., Ltd. will have a 200000 tons/year (converted to 100) hydrogen peroxide project put into operation.

4. On November 25th, BASF's new high-performance dispersant production facility was officially put into operation in the New Materials High tech Park of Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing. This investment will use controllable radical polymerization technology (CFRP) to prepare advanced dispersants and achieve localized production. Combined with the supply from the Herlenfen production base in the Netherlands, this expansion will further enhance global production capacity.


5. According to reports, Huntsman's 280000 ton/year MDI plant in Rosenberg, Netherlands is currently shut down and is expected to continue until mid December. The remaining MDI production lines are currently operating at low load.


6. Recently, the relocation and upgrading transformation project of the 600000 tons/year caprolactam industry chain of Sinopec Hunan Petrochemical has resulted in a caprolactam production exceeding 1 million tons.


7. On November 25th, the China Minmetals and Chemical Industry Import and Export Chamber of Commerce announced that on November 23rd, the Chinese potassium fertilizer import negotiation team reached an agreement with major international potassium fertilizer suppliers to determine the 2026 potassium fertilizer import contract price at $348 per ton (CFR), continuing to maintain the global potassium fertilizer "price depression".


8. On November 26th, the total inventory of sulfur in Chinese ports was 2.2575 million tons: 570000 tons in Fangcheng Port, 110000 tons in Beihang Port, 330000 tons in Zhanjiang Port, 880000 tons in Zhenjiang Port, 60000 tons in Nanjing Port, and 263000 tons in Dafeng Port.
