Malaysia's palm oil production increased by 3.03% month on month from August 1st to 20th

View:460|According to data from the Malaysian Palm Oil Association, from August 1st to 20th, 2025, Malaysian palm oil production increased by 3.03% compared to the same period in July.
Among them, the production of Peninsular Malaysia increased by 1.50% month on month, Sabah increased by 5.34%, Sarawak increased by 7.06%, and East Malaysia increased by 5.81% month on month.
1. On August 28th, sugar companies in Kunming lowered their prices to 5780-5790 yuan/ton, a decrease of 10-20 yuan/ton from the 27th. Yunnan Province has accumulated 18.063 million tons of sugarcane, and as of July 31st, Yunnan Province has sold 1.9514 million tons of sugar, an increase of 326200 tons year-on-year.

According to a report from the US Department of Agriculture, as of the week of August 21, 2025, the net sales volume of soybean meal in the United States for 2024/25 was 47300 tons, an increase of 4% from last week but a decrease of 34% from the average of the previous four weeks. The net sales volume for the fiscal year 2025/26 is 214800 tons, compared to 176200 tons a week ago.
3. ANEC stated that Brazil will export 2.13 million tons of soybean meal in August 2025, lower than the estimated 2.33 million tons a week ago.
4. ANEC stated that the estimated export volume of Brazilian soybeans in August 2025 is 8.9 million tons, slightly lower than the estimated 8.94 million tons a week ago.
5. ANEC stated that Brazil will export 7.8 million tons of corn in August 2025, lower than the estimated 8.05 million tons a week ago, but higher than the 6.4 million tons in August last year.
