Changzhou Koye Chemical Co., Ltd.

1. Recently, the environmental impact assessment report for the 260000 tons/year formaldehyde expansion project of Shandong Shengquan New Materials Co., Ltd. was accepted and publicly announced. We will mainly construct one formaldehyde production facility with an annual production capacity of 260000 tons of formaldehyde (calculated based on 37% formaldehyde production capacity). Expected to start production in December 2026.

2. Recently, Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 60000 tons/year polyformaldehyde and its supporting project (Phase I) -240000 tons/year formaldehyde plant, successfully achieved full process integration and produced qualified formaldehyde products.

3. On September 28th, the "4+2" 10000 ton lithium salt project of China Salt Lake Industry Group was successfully put into operation in Golmud City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.

4. Longpan Times, one of the smelters supporting the Yichun lithium mining area of Ningde Times, ceased production on September 25th and is expected to resume production in November. Public information shows that the first phase of the Longpan Era project has an investment of over 2.5 billion yuan, covering an area of more than 600 acres, and has built a battery grade lithium carbonate production plant and supporting facilities with an annual output of 40000 tons.

5. It is reported that the load of the 140000 ton BDO unit in Ningxia Wuheng Chemical Phase II is 60-70%. The 116000 ton plant in Phase I was shut down for maintenance on September 14th, restarted on September 26th, and produced products on September 28th.

On September 28th, two sets of 200000 ton equipment from Xinjiang Guotai Xinhua were operating stably, and a one month maintenance is planned for October 10th. BDO main supply contract orders and downstream PTMEG are currently not available for external quotation.

6. On September 29th, the ex factory price of fluorite from Qiangmei Mining Co., Ltd. in Pucheng County increased by 50 yuan/ton, and the manufacturer's quotation was 3550-3600 yuan/ton.

7. On September 28th, Tianfeng Chemical (Shanxi) Group Co., Ltd. produced 100000 tons of potassium nitrate annually. The factory price for agricultural grade potassium nitrate was 4350 yuan/ton, a decrease of 50 yuan/ton from the previous quotation day.

8. On September 28th, the ex factory price of dichloromethane dispersion from Luxi Chemical was reduced by 30 yuan/ton, and the current quotation is 1670 yuan/ton.

9. According to customs data, the import volume of methanol in China in August 2025 was 1.7598 million tons, an increase of 59.59% compared to the previous month. The average import price was 277.35 US dollars per ton, a decrease of 0.57% compared to the previous month. The export volume was 19900 tons, a month on month increase of 85.98%, and the average export price was 357.91 US dollars/ton, a month on month decrease of 47.62%.
