1. Recently, the environmental impact assessment of Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical's new material intermediate pilot project (including 2000 tons/year epoxy cyclohexane and 1000 tons/year adiponitrile pilot projects) was announced. The project involves the construction of one 2000 ton/year epoxy cyclohexane pilot plant and one 1000 ton/year adiponitrile pilot plant. After the project is completed, it will produce 2000 tons of epoxycyclohexane and 1000 tons of adiponitrile annually. At present, the technology has passed the small-scale trial stage and has the conditions for large-scale pilot testing.

2. Recently, the mining plan for the Jiada lithium mine of Dazhong Mining has been reviewed, with an annual mining scale of 2.6 million tons per year. After reaching production capacity, it can produce approximately 50000 tons of lithium carbonate annually.

3. Neptune Energy announced the discovery of a 43 million ton lithium deposit underground in North Saxony Anhalt, Germany.

Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region released a public announcement on the environmental impact assessment of the structural adjustment project of Xinjiang Haoyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 600000 tons of synthetic gas to ethanol products. The company plans to cancel the synthesis of ammonia, urine, high nitrogen water-soluble compound fertilizer, melamine and other equipment in the second phase of the photovoltaic hydrogen production coupling resource clean utilization low-carbon integration project, and build an annual output of 600000 tons of synthetic gas to produce ethanol.

5. The rumor of India's official allocation of ethanol quota for 2026 has been largely confirmed. It is estimated that a total of 2.9 billion liters of ethanol will be supplied to the state-owned oil marketing company (OMC), including 1.7 billion liters from sugarcane and 1.2 billion liters from B-grade molasses, equivalent to 3.5 million tons of ethanol diversion. At the same time, it is said that about 300000 tons will be distributed to private enterprises in the future, and the total amount of ethanol diversion will reach 4 million tons.

6. According to market rumors, an 800000 ton/year ethylene glycol plant in Zhejiang is scheduled to operate at full capacity in December.

A 500000 ton/year ethylene glycol plant in South China has been temporarily shut down due to unforeseen circumstances and is expected to undergo maintenance for 3-5 days.

7. On October 9th, the 300000 ton BDO plant in Inner Mongolia replaced the catalyst, and on October 25th, a 150000 ton production line was restarted. The restart time for another 150000 ton production line is uncertain, and BDO has no external quotation yet.

8. On October 27th, the total inventory of domestic soda ash manufacturers was 1.6924 million tons, a decrease of 9700 tons or 0.57% from last Thursday; Among them, the inventory of light soda ash is 804000 tons, and the inventory of heavy soda ash is 892000 tons.
